Calves
Mix 12 ounces of milk replacer powder (3 measures*) into 3 quarts of warm (110°F) water. Feed 2-3 quarts twice daily until weaning. )
Goat Kids
Mix 4 ounces of milk replacer powder (1 measure*) into 1 ½ pints of warm (110°F) water. Feed 2-4 ounces of this solution 4 times daily for the first week, then 8 to 12 ounces 3 times daily until weaning.
Lambs
Mix 4 ounces of milk replacer powder (1 measure*) into 1 quart of warm (110°F) water. Feed 2 to 4 ounces of this solution 4 times daily for the first week, then 8 to 12 ounces 3 times daily until weaning.
Foals
Mix 8 ounces of milk replacer powder (2 measures*) into 2 quarts of warm (110°F) water. Feed 1 to 2 quarts 4 times daily for the first 3 weeks, then 2 to 3 daily until weaning.
Small Ruminants
Llama & Alpaca Cria, Deer Fawns, Elk Calves
Mix 4 ounces of milk replacer powder (1 measure*) into 1 ½ pints of warm (110°F) water. Feed 2 to 4 ounces of this solution 4 times daily for the first week, then 8 to 12 ounces 3 times daily until weaning.
Piglets
Mix 4 ounces of milk replacer powder (1 measure*) into 1 pint of warm (110°F) water. Feed 2 to 4 ounces of this solution 4 times daily for the first week. Increase the amount to 4 to 6 ounces of this solution daily for the second week, then 8 to 12 ounces 2 times daily until weaning.
